The Golden Record
1. Legal Overrides Code In the event of a dispute, lost keys, or fraud, legal ownership records must prevail. Our architecture maintains an off-chain "Golden Record" (SQL) that dictates ownership. The blockchain acts as a mirror for settlement speed, but it is not the master deed. This ensures 100% enforceability in US courts.
2. Integrated Non-Custodial Architecture AVKI does not touch client funds. We are not a money transmitter.
Custody: We integrate with qualified custodians (e.g., Fireblocks, BitGo) to secure assets.
Settlement: We utilize stablecoin rails for instant settlement, removing the T+2 delays of legacy banking.
3. High-Throughput Infrastructure We build on Solana to achieve the throughput required by modern financial markets. Low latency and low transaction costs are not luxuries; they are requirements for institutional scale.
